July 1st is Canada’s National Holiday – our 141st. Mostly, July 1st is about beer, fireworks, and (generally) a bit more beer.
By way of celebration, and because Canada’s real national sport is humourously irritating Americans, I present a great Canadian band, Three Dead Trolls in a Baggie, and their awesome song "The War of 1812" — and note that this was preformed in front of an American audience!
I thought of linking to Molson’s old I Am Canadian ad, but while it’s a classic Canuckian rant, Molson’s brews really crap beer. The Trolls are much cooler.
